When we last covered UNLOCKD Inc. (OTCID: $BFCH) in October, the company was mostly promise, a new name over a cleaned-up structure with its first brand still in development and nothing on a shelf to sell. Ten months later it owns Ancient Extracts USA, a botanical wellness brand it acquired in May that was already selling through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Meta and its own store. The brand's Morning Magic mushroom coffee has since come off the line in K-Cups, and the pods are for sale at AncientExtracts.com with samples in front of category buyers at large-format retail chains. The company sizes the K-Cup line at up to $30 million a year once distribution is in place, which stands in stark contrast to the company's current market cap of less than $1 million.

Morning Magic is a decaffeinated blend of Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga and Reishi with an evening twin, the Evening Elixir mushroom cacao, and around the pair the catalog runs from lab-tested extracts of six medicinal mushrooms to Himalayan shilajit, ceremonial-grade matcha, Criolla cacao and a line of colored lattes. Sales rose 76% from April to May, with BFCH owning the business for only the back half of the month, and the catalog, just over 20 SKUs when the deal closed, stands at 72 today, so whatever the Morning Magic pods sell lands on top of a base that has been growing since the day BFCH took over.
The range was proven in Britain, where Jamie Jarrett and Stephen Wycherley founded Ancient Extracts Ltd in 2023 and built the same catalog to about £72,000 a month, roughly $1.16 million a year, and the American market it now faces is 5x bigger. Every product in that catalog sits on a trend somebody else paid to ignite: the mushrooms ride a global market worth $12 billion, the shilajit rides the TikTok Shop and Amazon machine that made a $200 million category out of Himalayan resin, and the matcha is the exact ceremonial cut cafés now wait six months for, with U.S. retail up 86% in three years. The brand is not paying a dollar to create demand for any of it. TikTok and a supply shortage are already doing that for free.

Mushroom coffee already mints nine-figure brands, and Ryze, the biggest of them, started in 2020 with $85,000 from friends and family. Last year it sold an estimated $300 million online, and in January it went into 1,900 Target stores. Forbes now values Ryze at $600 million, and that brand, along with every other large one in the category, still ships its coffee as a bag of powder in a subscription box. Morning Magic goes out as a K-Cup instead, which needs no mixing at all and drops into the Keurig brewers in tens of millions of American kitchens, inside a single-serve market valued at $9.58 billion in 2025 and headed for $13.55 billion by 2031. A 22-count box retails for roughly $26, so one million boxes is about $26 million of product, and Ryze just proved the buyers show up at 10x that scale.
Ancient Extracts is only one asset inside UNLOCKD Labs, the consumer products division of a three-division company. UNLOCKD Technologies began early planning around point-of-care testing concepts in June, and UNLOCKD Ventures exists to identify and pursue more acquisitions like Ancient Extracts. Management says Ventures is in talks with a skincare brand and an energy-shot brand, with more behind them, and the relationship with Ancient Extracts UK, the British company that proved the catalog, is further along than any of those. The two companies worked together for months on sourcing, ecommerce and marketing, co-founder Jamie Jarrett took a BFCH board seat in late July, and the stated long-term objective is to bring the UK business in outright.

UNLOCKD Labs also holds EVERMIND, the cognitive health formulation that Chairman and Chief Science Officer Dr. Jordan P. Balencic, D.O., designed around 2,000 milligrams of Lion's Mane with pea protein and plant omega-3. The drink itself is finished, and the company is now weighing whether EVERMIND's next form should be a coffee creamer instead, a brain-health add-in for the coffee people already brew, sold through the Ancient Extracts store. The company pegs that line at $15 million to $30 million a year before the first unit ships, and the market it would step into is the $50 billion U.S. functional beverage category where Celsius (NASDAQ: $CELH) went from an OTC stock to more than $10 billion on a single drink.
EVERMIND raised private money at a $4 million valuation before selling a single unit. BFCH's entire market cap today sits under $700,000, less than what private investors paid for that one piece, and the wellness brand that grew 76% in its first month comes with it. By the company's own math, a private raise on today's combined portfolio would start around $6 million, 9x the public price, and its stated destination is a nine-figure enterprise standing on a brand it pegs at $50 million to $100 million a year, with an audit and a move up from the OTCID tier next on that path. The CEO steering it, John P. Gorst, arrived with the Ancient Extracts deal after more than 30 years of running public and private companies, raising over $100 million along the way with two eight-figure exits.
BFCH has covered a lot of ground in the last ten months, and the next steps are already lined up. The brand it bought in May grew 76% in the first month it owned it, and the K-Cups that just came off the line sell into a $9.58 billion aisle where the reigning $600 million brand still ships powder. Behind the coffee, EVERMIND carries its own $15 million to $30 million number into the market where Celsius turned one drink into more than $10 billion. Against a market cap under $1 million, the numbers the company has put on the table do not leave room for BFCH to stay small.
